Assembling a project is one of the most complicated tasks in the world if you start from scratch. Do not trust anyone who tells you that success is easy and does not require much effort. If you look at the success stories of those entrepreneurs who have achieved it, there are usually many factors in common. Entrepreneur's intuitionFotolia photo rights Yet you will never find a "safe" formula that has simply helped them carry out a detailed plan that they have strictly followed. Many strategic and critical decisions with which they have hit the nail on the head have in many cases emerged from an intuition. It is what the Anglo-Saxons call the gut feeling . I am not one of those who think that intuition is something innate in an entrepreneur who is part of a talent that has fallen from the sky. It is an unconscious consumer email list process that I see influenced by 3 factors. Contents [ hide ] 1 1. The more experience you have, the more accurate your intuition will be 2 2. Training helps you achieve your goals faster 3 3. Preferences and tastes of the entrepreneur influence 1. The more experience you have, the more accurate your intuition will be The risk of a project is typically very high. Especially a novice entrepreneur has a high probability of failing with his first idea and attempt. Using the formula to calculate the risk of a project with each new initiative you launch you are closer to your goal. Intuition is nourished by experience. Sometimes we make decisions that we cannot rationally base on anything but it is usually our subconscious influenced by our experiences in the past that guides us in the right direction. 2. Training helps you achieve your goals faster The objective of training is to shorten the time to acquire specific knowledge and thereby reduce the cost of setting up the project. There are always in the media those examples of great entrepreneurs like Steve Jobs, Mark Zuckerberg or Bill Gates who never finished their university studies. These cases are real just as there are winners in the lottery but it is not normal. The average entrepreneur is closer to 40 than 20 years old and is very well educated. Knowledge is fine but if it is never put into action it is of little use. The greatest advantage of training is the immediate implementation of what is learned. 3. Preferences and tastes of the entrepreneur influence If my hypothesis is correct that intuition is influenced by our unconscious, the preferences and tastes of the entrepreneur must also have an influence. I explain. If an entrepreneur has been on summer vacation in Italy all your life and now it's time to decide on the next country to expand his business, his decision may be influenced (consciously or unconsciously) by positive memories of him with this country. If the decision has to be made between Italy and France, there is a very high probability that he will find those arguments that justify going to that destination with which he has so many beautiful associations from his childhood. What we are and what we want influences our decisions even if we are not always aware of it.
